Robert P. Preszler
Robert Preszler started Preszler Injury lawyers from nothing. He continues to practice every day in the Ontario office. He is well respected in the legal community having practiced since being called in 1959 after his graduation from Osgoode Law School subsequently to his degree from Western Ontario which he completed in 1956.
Robert is originally from Tillsonburg, Ontario, growing up on a farm, he has always known the value in a hard working day and hard earned dollar.
He attended University at Western Ontario graduated in 1956 and prior to completing his law school degree he had always w3anted to return to the farm but his father insisted that he follow in the footsteps of many of his family members who were lawyers.
After graduating from law school, instead of representing large corporations and insurance companies, Robert chose to represent regular people who desperately needed access to justice.
Over the last almost 60 years, Robert has represented victims of serious personal injury.
His efforts and that of his son’s have resulted in the building of one of the largest personal injury law firms in Canada. Robert continues to practice today, every day he assists his clients in recovering substantial compensation rightfully due to them as the result of someone else’s negligence.
Outside of the office he is happily married, has two sons and 6 grandchildren with whom he loves to spend his time teaching them the value of a hard days’ work.
