Robert Kimball is a partner with Preszler Injury Lawyers. He was born and raised in Windsor, Nova Scotia. His family has roots in Cape Breton, Antigonish and New Brunswick.
He has been practicing civil litigation his entire career. He began his career working as an insurance defence lawyer for several large insurance companies, before joining Preszler Injury Lawyers.
He has extensive experience in all areas of personal injury matters. He practices exclusively for Plaintiffs injured as the result of another party’s negligence or those who have been denied disability benefits. He is licensed to practice in Nova Scotia, British Columbia and Ontario. Robert has assisted thousands of clients with every aspect of their injury and disability claims.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys the outdoors and being active. He holds coaching certificates with the Canadian Soccer Association and a Level I Crossfit coaching certificate. He is looking forward to coaching his children in the near future.
