MacGregor Malloy
MacGregor was born and raised in Nova Scotia and is glad to practice law in his home province. He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Arts in Philosophy from Dalhousie University, and then went on to obtain his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie. MacGregor articled at Preszler Injury Lawyers and was called to the bar in June 2024. He feels that he quickly found his niche in the legal field working at Preszler.
Plaintiff’s side personal injury is a perfect environment for MacGregor to build on his interests in strategy, risk-assessment, valuation, negotiation, and persuasive advocacy. He finds that every case presents unique opportunities for him to use research skills and to build on his understanding and experience. MacGregor takes pride to ensure that every part of a claim is well-considered and that no compensation is being left on the table.
Outside of practicing law, MacGregor enjoys playing board games and card games with loved ones. He has been interested in cars and computers since he was a boy. To relax, he likes to travel to the countryside to find paths to hike and lakes to swim, and to be tucked away with a good book in front of a fire in the winter.
