John is a Lawyer with Preszler Injury Lawyers in Nova Scotia. He has been an injury litigation lawyer since 2008 with a wide breadth of experience including several successful trials and appearances at the Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Preszler Injury Lawyers, John represented large insurance companies on high exposure, complex claims involving motor vehicle accidents, no-fault benefit disputes, slip and falls, product liability, medical malpractice, long-term disability denials, and property damage claims. The knowledge John honed while working for the insurance companies gives him a unique edge when advocating for injured people. He transferred the skills he learned while working for the insurance companies into a thriving personal injury practice. This knowledge helped him become highly effective when going up against the insurance companies.
John has dealt with many distinctive accident claims – snowmobile and ATV accidents, swimming pool accidents, falling tree limb accidents, fishing accidents, recreational vehicle accidents, water sports accidents, drone crash accidents, and elevator/escalator accidents, to name a few. He also specializes in handling mild-traumatic brain injury (concussion) cases.
When John is not working hard for his clients he spends his free time with his wife and two young boys. He is an avid mountain biker, gym enthusiast, mixed martial artist, and chef.
