David E. Preszler
David Preszler was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He has worked in the family law practice since 2000. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2008. He is also called to the bar in British Columbia and he has been approved as a visiting lawyer by the Nova Scotia Barrister Society. He is the managing partner in the Ontario office and has extensive experience before all levels of court, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, The License Appeal Tribunal, Divisional Court, Superior Court and Appellant Courts. He graduated from McGill University in 2001 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts. He then graduated from the University of Toronto in 2002 with a Master of Arts in Political Science and went on to graduate from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007.
David manages the new lawyer program within the firm as well as the articling and summer program all while supervising more than 15 lawyers. David specializes in litigation involving serious injuries as the result of motor vehicles, wrongful death, slip and falls, dog attack and long-term disability claims.
David is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys golf, skiing, cycling, boating, running and is a happily married father of three.
